COACH: I embrace people management as a skill unto itself and find joy growing my team’s careers. I was trained in the Socratic method as a writing tutor and have carried that skill ever since to allow people to find answers for themselves through careful listening and asking questions.

RESEARCHER: I raise the bar on audience understanding through a background in psychology combined with deep empathy and curiosity. My agency days were spent building a practice of translating our insights across qual, quant, and digital listening into content plans.

INFLUENCER: I break down silos to connect content experiences across the business. One of my favorite parts of being a content leader is that I get to partner with people with different disciplines and perspectives.

NERD: I read content strategy textbooks for fun, and my heart goes pitter-pat when people get in a room to make decisions with a whiteboard and post-its. I will fuss over capitalization and commas.
